用钴基会金粉对镍基涡轮发动机叶片进行激光强化。从避免强化层和基体开裂的角度出发,研究了变质剂对强化层组织和化学成分的影响。高温涂盐腐蚀实验表明,经钴基合金强化的表面层,其耐蚀性明显提高。
Nickel-based turbine blades were laser-strengthened with cobalt-based gold powder. From the perspective of avoiding the cracking of the strengthening layer and the substrate, the effect of modifier on the microstructure and chemical composition of the strengthening layer was studied. High temperature coating salt corrosion experiments show that cobalt-based alloy strengthened surface layer, the corrosion resistance was significantly improved.
