按劳分配原则是我国社会主义历史阶段的客观经济规律。是不是正确认识这个经济规律,能不能按经济规律办事,是直接关系到我国林业生产建设和发展的重大原则问题。为在林业企业中更好地贯彻物质利益和按劳分配原则,用经济手段来管理经济,以加速我国林业现代化的建设步伐,必须有适合本企业生产特点、生产发展以及劳动组织状况的劳动报酬形式。
The principle of distribution according to work is the objective economic law in the historical stage of socialism in our country. Whether we should correctly understand this economic law or whether we can act according to economic laws is a major issue that directly affects the construction and development of forestry in China. In order to better implement the material benefits and the principle of distribution according to work in forestry enterprises and manage the economy by means of economic means in order to speed up the pace of our country’s modernization of forestry, there must be labor remuneration suitable for the production characteristics, production development and labor organization of the enterprises form.
