研究了含Nb过共晶高铬铸铁的组织和性能。结果表明,在低应力磨料磨损条件下耐磨性随碳化物体积百分比的增加而增加。过共晶高铬铸铁的抗磨损性能比亚共晶的更好。再加入Nb形成高硬度的NbC,能更有效地抵抗磨料磨损,并有细化组织、提高韧性的作用。从而进一步提高铸铁的综合性能。
The microstructure and properties of Nb-containing hypereutectic high chromium cast iron were studied. The results show that the wear resistance increases with the increase of the volume fraction of carbides under the condition of low stress abrasive wear. Hypereutectic high chromium cast iron anti-wear performance than the Asian eutectic better. The addition of Nb to form a high hardness NbC can more effectively resist abrasive wear, and refine the structure to improve the toughness effect. To further improve the overall performance of cast iron.
