在多层砖混结构的住宅工程中,按照《建筑抗震设计规范》(GBJ11—89)中规定,对抗震能力设防区的多层砖混结构建筑,为了提高抗震能力,增加整体刚度和延性,已普遍设置钢筋混凝土构造柱。但是,在对住宅工程的质量监督检查过程中,发现钢筋混凝土构造柱的工程质量存在不少问题,有些已形成通病。不同程度地影响抗震能力和结构安全,给面广量大的住宅工程带来质量隐患;同时,在当前的住宅工程中,多层砖混结构的住宅工程所占比重又十分大,
In a multi-storey brick-concrete structure residential project, in accordance with the “Code for Seismic Design of Buildings” (GBJ11-89), a multi-layer brick-concrete structure building with a fortification area for earthquake resistance shall be built in order to improve the earthquake resistance and increase the overall rigidity and ductility.
