[本刊讯]2015年9月17日,2015年度《水利发展研究》特约通讯员会议在陕西省西安市举行。水利部发展研究中心段红东副主任、水利部水资源司司毅兵副处长、陕西省水利厅张玉忠副厅长、西安市水务局高保健副巡视员以及长委、黄委等流域机构,河北、山东等十余个水利(务)厅(局)与科研院所等单位的40余名代表参加了会议。会议由水利发展杂志社贺骥社长主持。张玉忠副厅长对《水利发展研究》特约通讯员会议在西安市举办表示热烈欢迎,介绍了陕西省水资源现状,分享了陕西省近年来在水生态文明建设和重大水生态工程建设中取得的进展。
[Press Release] On September 17, 2015, the special correspondent meeting for “Research on Water Conservancy Development” in 2015 was held in Xi’an, Shaanxi Province.
