班集体是学生成长的园地,班级是初始化的社会群体。搞好班集体建设,能培养学生的集体观念和责任感、荣誉感。形成正确的集体舆论,树立良好的班风、学风,同时能逐步培养学生自我教育、自我管理的能力,从而树立正确的人生观,使学生真正成为德、智、体、美、劳全面发展的合格的新世纪人才。那么,如何进行班集体建设,如何有效地进行班级的日常管理呢?我以为建设“以人为本”的班级管理模式是有效的手段。本文从班级环境管理、班级组织管理、班级制度管理三方面论述如何进行班级管理。
Class collective is a growing field of students, the class is initialized social groups. So, how to carry on the collective construction of the class, how to carry on the daily management of the class effectively? I think it is an effective method to build a “people-oriented” class management mode. This article discusses how to carry out class management from three aspects: class environment management, class organization management and class system management.
