上皮钙黏蛋白是跨膜糖蛋白家族的一个成员,参与了钙依赖上皮细胞间的黏附。最近的研究证据表明上皮钙黏蛋白不仅参与细胞间黏附,而且与消化系统恶性肿瘤的低分化及侵袭和转移之间存在密切关系。
E-cadherin is a member of the transmembrane glycoprotein family and is involved in calcium-dependent adhesion between epithelial cells. Recent evidence suggests that e-cadherin is not only involved in intercellular adhesion, but also has a close relationship with poorly differentiated and invasive and metastatic malignant tumors of the digestive system.
