为落实国务院主要领导对再生资源行业的重要批示,近日,国家发改委会同财政部、商务部以及相关协会专家分别赴河南省郑州市、漯河市进行实地调研。调研小组由国家发改委环资司副司长马荣带队,由发改委环资司赵怀勇处长、商务部流通司李嘉建处长、中国物资再生协会刘强副会长、中国再生资源回收利用协会副会长兼秘书长潘永刚组成。
Recently, the State Development and Reform Commission, together with the experts from the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Commerce and the relevant associations, went to Zhengzhou and Luohe City, Henan Province respectively for conducting field research in order to implement the important instructions issued by the principal leaders of the State Council to the renewable resources industry. The research team led by Ma Rong, deputy director of the Central NDRC Ring Capital, led by Zhao Huaiyong, director of the NDRC Ring Capital, Li Jiajian, director of the circulation department of the Ministry of Commerce, Liu Qiang, vice president of the China Recycling Association, and vice president of China Recycling Recycling Association Long and Secretary Pan Yonggang composition.
