2013年3月,随着两会的召开一轮的大部制改革也随之拉开了序幕。我国公共事业的发展已经到了一个飞速发展的阶段,此时便需要积极的响应党中央和地方政府的行为规范、公正透明、廉洁高尚和运转协调的建设方针,建设现代化服务和管理体制必能使得整个国家的发展进入一个新的历史阶段。大部制改革的进行,《国务院机构改革的颁布和职能转变方案》的发布都标志着中国的改革脚步正在迅速并且有效的进行。本文将以公务员的管理为蓝本,分析在大部制改革下所面临的种种困难和机遇,借鉴国外发达国家的改革之路,探索我国公务员管理的未来之路。

Based on the management of civil servants, this article analyzes all kinds of difficulties and opportunities facing under the reform of most departments, draws lessons from the reform of developed countries and explores the future of our civil servants management.
