在国家推进中医药“一带一路”发展战略的部署下,海外中医药中心作为新形势下的国际中医药文化推广和传播的重要平台,应抓住机遇,做中医药“走出去”的主力军和国家队。通过调研海外中医药中心推进中医药全球版图的拓展实践,作者提出借力“中医+”思维理念,通过中医特色医疗开道、开展境外中医药特色教育、加速海外中医本土化、寻求高水平国际科研合作、整合资源合力出海等方式来推进中医药的国际传播与发展。
