由于膨胀土特殊的吸水膨胀软化、失水收缩干裂、反复涨缩变形等特点和广泛的分布,使其被视为工程的世界难题,膨胀土处理在南水北调中线工程中也是一个施工难点和重点,水泥土换填作为南水北调中线工程膨胀土处理的主要措施,其施工质量是工程安全运行的保证。文章结合辉县七标的水泥土换填施工,从原材料的质量指标到水泥土换填施工的各个工序讨论了质量控制要点。
Due to the special properties of expansive soil, such as expansion and softening of water, shrinkage and shrinkage due to water loss, repeated shrinkage and deformation, and so on, it is regarded as a world-wide problem in engineering. Combined with the construction of Huixian Seventh Floor Cement for soil replacement, the paper discusses the quality control points from the quality indicators of raw materials to the various processes of cement soil replacement construction.
