When gastrointestinal cancer is difficult to locate during surgery, the treatment is very difficult. Improper handling may result in misdiagnosis of organs or missing tumors, causing serious consequences. This article selected 7 cases of gastrointestinal tumors in different parts, and discussed the causes and treatment of intraoperative positioning difficulties. 1 Case Introduction 1.
