根据《中国科学技术协会全国性学会组织通则》与本会会章有关条款,经请示中国科协学会工作部,并经本会第二届理事会第二次会议讨论,为使这次换届选举工作顺利进行,特制定本办法。 1.理事会决定1988年10月在贵阳同时召开第三届全国会员代表大会与第三届矿物岩石地球化学学术交流会。由全国代表大会代表无记名投票选举产生第三届理事会。
