检察机关信访工作是检察工作的重要组成部分,它是检察机关了解社情民意,为民排忧解难的桥梁和纽带,也是检察机关参与社会治安综合治理,维护社会稳定的重要工作。新形势下,如何围绕检察工作大局,进一步做好信访工作,从而有效化解矛盾纠纷,树立检察公正为民的良好形象,为构建和谐社会提供强有力的司法保障。
The procuratorate’s petition work is an important part of procuratorial work. It is a bridge and link between procuratorial organs to understand social conditions and public opinions, solve problems for the people, and is also an important task for procuratorial organs to participate in the comprehensive management of social order and safeguard social stability. Under the new situation, we should do a better job of letters and visits around the overall situation of procuratorial work so as to effectively resolve conflicts and disputes, establish a good image of procuratorial justice and serve the people, and provide a strong judicial guarantee for building a harmonious society.
