In this study, we used the method of culturing cardiomyocytes in vitro to observe the protective effect of different concentrations of ascorbic acid on cardiomyocyte injury induced by toxin. The results showed that ascorbic acid at concentrations of 30μg / ml and 100μg / ml could significantly reduce the release of lactate dehydrogenase in the injured cardiomyocytes and decrease the intracellular malondialdehyde formation.
