27岁的大学生孙志刚在广州被“收容”惨遭毒打致死一案,近日成为续“非典”之后舆论另一大热点。续5月上旬许志永、俞江、滕彪三位青年法学博士以普通中国公民名义上书全国人大常委会,要求对《收容遣送办法》进行违宪审查的建议后,5月23日,又有贺卫方、盛洪、沈岿、萧瀚、何海波5名法学家同样以中国公民的名义,再次联合上书全国人大常委会,就孙志刚案及收容遣送制度实施状况提请启动特别调查程序。孙志刚惨案留给国人的震惊是巨大的,因为这涉及到每一个人的利益,特别是那些被贴上“外地人”、“农民工”“打工仔”、“打工妹”、“三无人员”、“社会闲杂人员”、“氓流”等种种歧视性标签的人,简直不寒而栗。试问,一个人如果连最基本的生存权都毫无保障,他(她)还会为自己是一个中国人而自豪吗?还会热爱自己所在的地区和自己的祖国吗?
