在建设“新农村”的过程中,大量事实表明农村体育人才十分匮乏,相当一部分地区没有体育人才。与之相反,体育院校毕业生就业情况“供过于求”。本文试分析这一矛盾现象,为培养新农村体育人才提供参考。
In the process of building a “new countryside,” a large number of facts show that there is a shortage of sports talents in rural areas and quite a few areas do not have sports talents. In contrast, the employment situation of PE institute graduates is “oversupplied.” This article tries to analyze this contradictory phenomenon and provide a reference for cultivating new rural sports talents.
