对40CrNiMo钢制精密摩擦件采取离子注入方法强化表面层,经性能检验表明,N~+静态和N~+动态反冲注入Ti工艺的强化效果不明显,而N~+多次静态反冲注入Ti的工艺可提高工件表面硬度1倍以上,摩擦系数由0.6~0.8下降至0.2~0.3,磨损率降低20倍,故可认为,此工艺可大幅度提高材料的耐磨性能。用透射电镜和表面分析仪研究了表面改性层微观组织和元素组分的变化,多次N~+静态反冲注入Ti的试样约有80%的TiN和TiC强化相,晶粒细化而致密,这是获得优良强化效果的重要因素。
