本文叙述了在采用溶液X射线荧光光谱法测定铅锑合金中的锑、铅、铁时以硝酸(1+3)溶解试样,酒石酸络合,应用散射线内标法校正各元素间的基体效应。取得了较满意的结果。
This paper describes a method for the determination of antimony, lead and iron in lead-antimony alloys by solution X-ray fluorescence spectrometry. When the sample is dissolved in nitric acid (1 + 3) and tartaric acid is complexed, the matrix between elements effect. Achieved more satisfactory results.
