新型农村社区建设的主体应是广大农民,真正可持续的新型农村社区建设应该坚持以人为本,注重人口素质的提升。培养新型农民的主体必然是新型农村社区教育。发展新型农村社区教育是全面建设小康社会的必然选择;发展新型农村社区教育为解决“三农”问题提供先决条件;发展新型农村社区教育是实现新型农业现代化的重要保证;发展新型农村社区教育是统筹城乡经济社会发展的必然要求。
The main body of the new type of rural community construction should be the majority of peasants.
