海南省鹧鸪茶卫生学调查

目的了解海南省鹧鸪茶加工卫生状况及化学污染物和有害因素的污染水平。方法调查散装和定型包装鹧鸪茶加工卫生状况,并抽取50份鹧鸪茶样品进行水份、灰分、重金属、农药残留和微生物指标检测。结果目前鹧鸪茶主要以野生原料加工,市场上大部分鹧鸪茶属于散装产品,无食品安全标准,散装产品加工场所卫生设施不完善;50份鹧鸪茶检测结果,26份(占52%)样品水份含量超标,48份(占96%)样品的灰分含量超标,22份(占44%)样品霉菌计数超标,仅有1份(占2%)样品铅含量超标,所有样品的镉、总汞、总砷、菌落总数、大肠菌群均未超标,六六六等8项农残指标均未检出,致病菌均未检出。结论应加强散装鹧鸪茶加工的卫生质量管理,制定食品安全标准,以保证鹧鸪茶的食品安全。 Objective To understand the processing and health status of partridge tea in Hainan province and the pollution levels of chemical pollutants and harmful factors. Methods The health conditions of bulk and stereotyped packaging partridge tea were investigated and 50 samples of partridge tea samples were collected for moisture, ash, heavy metal, pesticide residue and microbial detection. Results At present, partridge tea is mainly processed with wild raw materials. Most of the partridge tea belongs to the bulk product on the market, with no food safety standards and imperfect sanitation facilities in bulk product processing sites. The results of 50 partsridge tea tests showed that 26 parts (52% ), The sample moisture content exceeded the standard. 48 samples (96%) had excessive ash content, 22 (44%) samples exceeded the standard, and only 1 sample (2%) exceeded the standard. , Total mercury, total arsenic, the total number of colonies, coliform bacteria were not exceeded, six hundred sixty-six indicators were not detected pesticide residues, pathogens were not detected. Conclusion The quality management of bulk partridge tea should be strengthened and food safety standards should be established to ensure the food safety of partridge tea.
