据《Сталъ》1988,No11报道:镀锡板的使用性能(涂漆性、焊接性)取决于它的表面状态,最主要的是钝化膜和油膜。在电镀锡机组中镀锡板表面钝化的标准工艺是:25—30g/l重铬酸钠,阴极电流密度4—10A/dm~2,温度45—85℃。钝化膜中的铭含量一般为0.06—0.15mg/dm~2,金属铬含量占30—50%。这种膜能防止镀锡板在运输和储存期间的腐蚀,能改善漆层的结合力及对亚硫酸盐腐蚀的耐久性,并且不会妨害焊接过程。因此,在镀锡板生产中,都仔细控制铬膜的组成和质量。
