目的:探讨全方位护理管理在精神科医院感染控制中的应用价值.方法:从我院精神科收治的患者中,截取2019年1月至2021年1月收治的110例进行研究.遵循随机分组的原则,将其划分为55例一组.采取常规管理的患者,作为对照组;采取全方位护理管理的患者,作为观察组.对两组患者的医院内感染例数进行记录,并且评估患者家属的满意度.结果:观察组医院内感染率明显低于对照组,且家属满意度高于对照组,差异显著,P＜0.05.结论:在精神科医院感染控制中运用全方位护理管理,能够降低医院内感染事件的发生可能,提高患者家属的满意度,可在临床进行推广.“,”Objective: To explore the application value of all-round nursing management in hospital infection control of psychiatric department. Methods: A total of 110 patients admitted to the psychiatric department of our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected for the study. According to the principle of random grouping, the patients were divided into a group of 55 cases. Patients with routine management were used as the control group. Patients who received holistic nursing management were treated as the observation group. The number of nosocomial infections in both groups was recorded, and the satisfaction of patients\'\' family members was evaluated. Results: The hospital infection rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the family satisfaction was higher than that of the control group, the difference was significant (P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion: The application of comprehensive nursing management in psychiatric hospital infection control can reduce the possibility of nosocomial infection and improve the satisfaction of patients\'\' families, which can be popularized in clinical practice.
