目的:探讨对混合型农药中毒者采用GC/MS法检测的方法与成效。方法:以2015.6.20我局侦办了一例混合型农药中毒案,对中毒者行GC/MS法检测,了解致死者中毒的农药成分。结果:调查研究结果显示,该中毒者经抢救死亡,血液样本与胃组织中的成分包括了毒鼠强、杀虫单和甲拌磷。结论:对混合型农药中毒者采用GC/MS法检测具有准确率高的特点,值得将该检测手段广泛应用。
Objective: To explore the method and effect of using GC / MS to detect mixed pesticide poisoning. Methods: A case of mixed pesticide poisoning was investigated by our bureau on June 20, 2015. The poisoning persons were tested by GC / MS to understand the pesticide components of the poisoned ones. Results: The investigation and research results showed that the poisoned persons died after being rescued, and the contents of blood samples and stomach tissues included tetramine, insecticide monosodium and phorate. Conclusion: The GC / MS method for the detection of mixed pesticide poisoning has the characteristics of high accuracy and it is worth to apply the detection method widely.
