为探讨氟砷联合作用对大鼠子代心血管系统的影响 ,采用两代一窝繁殖实验的方法 ,对亲代接触不同剂量氟砷后其子代心肌组织进行电镜观察。结果显示各染毒组大鼠子代心肌组织超微结构均有一定的改变 ,可见肌丝溶解、线粒体肿胀及空泡变性 ,肌浆网扩张 ,闰盘连接处间隙增宽等 ,认为氟砷联合作用对大鼠子代心肌组织有一定的影响。
In order to explore the effect of fluorine-arsenic combined effect on cardiovascular system of offspring in rats, two generations of reproductive experiment were used to observe the myocardial tissue of offspring of the offspring exposed to different doses of fluoride-arsenic. The results showed that the myocardium ultrastructure of the offspring of rats in each exposure group changed to some extent. Myofilament lysis, mitochondria swelling and vacuolar degeneration, sarcoplasmic reticulum dilatation and broadening of intercalated disc gap were observed. The combined effect on the myocardial tissue of offspring rats have a certain impact.
