有的企业兴旺,有的企业衰亡,这是市场经济制度下的必然规律。企业兴旺,标志着企业有畅销的产品,有可观的经济效益;企业衰亡,显示着企业无适销对路的产品,经济效益低下,甚至亏损。实际上,每个企业每日每时都在围绕经济效益运作。那么为什么有的企业兴,有的企业衰呢?当然原因是多方面的。但笔者认为“谋事在人,成事在天”,关键是企业是否有一批适应市场经济需要的人才。
Some enterprises thrive and others die and die. This is the inevitable law under the market economy system. The prosperity of the enterprise indicates that the company has a best-selling product with considerable economic benefits; the decline of the enterprise indicates that the company has no marketable products, and the economic efficiency is low, even a loss. In fact, every company operates around economic benefits every day and every day. Then why are some companies booming and some companies fail? Of course, the reasons are many. However, the author believes that the key to the question is whether there is a group of talents that meet the needs of the market economy.
