高等职业教育作为与社会经济发展结合最为密切的教育方式,在培养创新创业人才和推进国家经济转型跨越发展中具有不可替代的作用。但从青海省高校毕业生就业、创业情况分析和有关数据显示,青海省2014年高校毕业生中有89.3%选择就业,其中青海建筑职业技术学院毕业生就业率99.10%。由于缺乏经验和缺少资金支撑,选择自主创业人数不多。因此开展和实施大学生创新创业教育,已成为青海省高等职业教育改革和发展面临的重大和现实课题,亟需破解和探索实践。
Higher vocational education, as the most closely integrated mode of education combined with social and economic development, plays an irreplaceable role in cultivating innovative entrepreneurship and promoting the country’s economic transition across development. However, from the employment and entrepreneurial situation of college graduates in Qinghai Province and the relevant data, 89.3% of the graduates from Qinghai Province in 2014 chose employment, of which, the employment rate of graduates in Qinghai Institute of Construction Technology was 99.10%. Due to lack of experience and lack of financial support, the small number of people choose to start their own businesses. Therefore, carrying out and carrying out the innovation and pioneering education for undergraduates has become a major and realistic issue facing the reform and development of higher vocational education in Qinghai Province, and it is urgently necessary to crack and explore practice.
