随着课程改革的不断深入和发展,如何提高数学课堂教学的实效性,是我们每个教师在课堂教学中一直努力追求的教学目标。什么是课堂教学的实效性?如何提高课堂教学的效率?仁者见仁,智者见智。教师作为课堂教学的组织者、引导者、合作者,是决定它的关键因素,而学生是学习的主体,是学习的主人。如何处理好二者的关系,才能真正达到提高课堂教学的效率,结合笔者平时的教学,谈谈自己的一些做法:
