文章通过对调查结果的统计,简要地阐述我国公共图书馆网上参考咨询发展的现状,并在对调查数据进行分析的基础上,进一步对我国公共图书馆网上参考咨询服务的建设提出一些建议。
Based on the statistics of the survey results, the article briefly states the current situation of the development of online reference services in public libraries in our country and puts forward some suggestions on the construction of online reference services in public libraries based on the survey data.
