河南省温县地处豫北平原,全县13个乡,249个行政村,35万人,农村改水起步较早,通过5年的努力,1985年全县人口自来水覆盖率达94.6％。全省农村改水现场会当年在这里召开,中央爱卫会授予“全国农村改水先进县”称号。近几年来,坚持抓好自来水卫生质量管理,确保了自来水安全卫生。因水不洁引起的各种疾病较改水和强化卫生质量管理前分别下降80％、85％。
Wen County, Henan Province is located in the Yubei Plain, the county 13 townships, 249 administrative villages, 350000 people, rural water change started earlier, through five years of efforts, in 1985 the county population tap water coverage of 94.6%.
