笔者自1990年1月至1992年12月间,运用加味补中益气汤配合西药静脉注射治疗脉压增大性眩晕证27例,取得满意疗效,现总结报告如下。一般资料本文27例均系以眩晕为主诉的门诊就诊患者。男性12例,女性15例。其中40～49岁者8例,50～59岁者13例,60～67岁者6例。全部病例舒张压低于9kPa(68mmHg),脉压>10.7kPa(80mmHg)。
The author from January 1990 to December 1992, the use of Jia Bu Bu Zhong Yi Qi Tang with intravenous injection of venous hypertension treatment of 27 cases of vertigo, and achieved satisfactory results, are summarized as follows. General information in this article 27 cases were mainly dizziness outpatient treatment of patients. 12 males and 15 females. Including 40 to 49 years old in 8 cases, 50 to 59 years old in 13 cases, 60 to 67 years in 6 cases. Diastolic blood pressure was lower than 9kPa (68mmHg) and pulse pressure> 10.7kPa (80mmHg) in all cases.
