荔湾3-1油气田开发项目海底管道登陆工程中,登陆点处长约110m的海管位于27度山体倾斜坡面上,因施工位置特殊,无法采用常规的方法进行施工,通过综合考虑登陆点地理条件、施工环境等影响,一种利用电动绞车拖拉牵引和“V”形橡胶辊轴支撑调节系统相组合的方法被应用于该段海管的安装施工,取得了很好效果。文章介绍了这种方法的施工流程和具体施工步骤,该施工技术对于大尺寸、大坡度的海管施工,具有施工难度低,工期短,安全性高及经济效益好的特点,可为同类工程借鉴。
