用SiO2为载体,通过溶胶凝胶法制备了H6P2W18O62/SiO2催化剂,以乙酸和正丁醇为原料合成了乙酸正丁酯。考察了磷钨酸负载量、催化剂用量、醇酸比、反应时间和反应温度对反应的影响,并提出可能的催化机理。结果表明,最优的反应条件为:负载量为25%,催化剂用量1.12%(按反应体系总质量计算),醇酸比2.0:1.2,反应时间2h,反应温度120℃,在此条件下酯化率可达95.30%。催化重复使用5次,酯化率仍可达63.24%
The H6P2W18O62 / SiO2 catalyst was prepared by sol-gel method using SiO2 as support, and n-butyl acetate was synthesized from acetic acid and n-butanol. The effects of the amount of phosphotungstic acid, the amount of catalyst, the ratio of alkyd, the reaction time and the reaction temperature on the reaction were investigated. Possible catalytic mechanisms were also proposed. The results showed that the optimum reaction conditions were as follows: the loading was 25%, the amount of catalyst was 1.12% (based on the total mass of the reaction system), the ratio of alkyd and acid was 2.0: 1.2, the reaction time was 2h and the reaction temperature was 120 ℃. The rate of up to 95.30%. Catalytic reuse 5 times, the esterification rate can still reach 63.24%
