随着国内企业日益走向规范,越来越多的企业开始借助外脑来提升企业的管理水平,但是如何选择一家适合本企业特殊要求的咨询顾问公司,则令很多企业感到头疼。因为管理咨询不像其他产品,在做之前无法判断其优劣,特别是针对性和适应性,只能从某咨询公司在业界的口碑和从其他企业那里得到的反馈信息这两个角度去选择。可以说,管理咨询业从服务方式上在中国可以简单地分成两大类,一类是著名的跨国咨询公司,另一类是本土的中小型咨询公司。
