苏联鮑乌曼高等工业学校与第一滚珠轴承厂协作试制了第一台具有新颖设计原则的内圆磨床。该机床的工作台导轧由塑料制成,附有自动调节系统,能自动补偿导轧的磨损,使工作台始终保持在正确的位置。设计原则根据А.С.Проников教授的建议,其原理如示意图所示:工作台4由塑料导轧(塑料填料)5所承托,当导轧有磨损时,装于工作台上的凸轮1碰及电接触传感器2,经自动装置部分8指合执行电磁铁6起作用,借助于棘轮机构7而使塑料导轨上升一微小距离(每次5微米),这样就能经常保证工作台处于精确的位置。
