目的:建立毛大丁草总黄酮的含量测定方法。方法:以芦丁为对照品,用超声辅助提取、紫外-可见分光光度法测定了毛大丁草总黄酮含量。结果:毛大丁草中总黄酮的相对百分含量为4.438%,精密度实验RSD为1.08%;节丁对照品在0.01375~0.2200mg/mL范围有良好的线性关系,回归方程为A=9.9261C+0.013,相关系数R2=0.9997。结论:该方法操作简便,结果可靠,能为毛大丁草药用价值的开发及扩大资源利用提供科学的依据。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of total flavonoids in the gerberas. Methods: Rutin was used as reference substance, and the content of total flavonoids in Mao-Gerbera jamesonii was determined by ultrasonic-assisted extraction and UV-Vis spectrophotometry. Results: The relative percentage of total flavonoids in the gerberas was 4.438%, and the RSD of precision was 1.08%. There was a good linear relationship between the control and the reference substance in the range of 0.01375 ~ 0.2200mg / mL. The regression equation was A = 9.9261C + 0.013, the correlation coefficient R2 = 0.9997. Conclusion: The method is simple, reliable and can provide a scientific basis for the development of medicinal value and utilization of resources.
