为了探究乳化沥青砂封层的渗水特性,该文通过大量室内外试验对比分析了砂封层的抗渗性能,并对试验路进行了大量的观测。首先通过Mcleod理论法设计了6种不同粘度、不同固含量和不同洒布量的乳化沥青砂封层;然后通过室内试验系统地分析了渗水特性与乳化沥青的洒布量、粘度、固含量和砂封层空隙率的关系。结果表明:渗水系数随乳化沥青洒布量、粘度、固含量的增加呈下降趋势,并且与空隙率存在正相关性。进一步分析表明:机制砂洒布量固定为6.7kg/m2情况下,使用乳化沥青固含量为70%、恩格拉粘度(EV)为10的高粘乳化沥青洒布量为0.682kg/m2时抗渗效果最佳,工程造价最低。最后通过铺筑试验路对室内试验结果进行了印证。
In order to explore the seepage characteristics of emulsified asphalt sand seal, this paper compares and analyzes the impermeability of sand seal by a large number of indoor and outdoor tests, and makes a lot of observations on the test road. Firstly, six kinds of emulsified asphalt sealing layers with different viscosities, different solid contents and different sprinkling volumes were designed by Mcleod theory method. Then the seepage characteristics of emulsified asphalt were analyzed systematically through laboratory test, Relationship between porosity and porosity of sand seal layer. The results showed that the water seepage coefficient decreased with the increase of emulsified asphalt content, viscosity and solid content, and had a positive correlation with the porosity. Further analysis shows that: when the amount of machine-made sand is fixed at 6.7kg / m2, the high-viscosity emulsified asphalt with the solid content of emulsified asphalt of 70% and Engel’s viscosity (EV) of 10 is 0.682kg / m2 The best permeability, the lowest cost of the project. Finally, the pavement test road to indoor test results have been confirmed.
