敬亭山茶场地处安徽省宣城市近郊,为原敬亭山茶场、麻姑山茶场、周王茶场和青草湖农场4场合并组建而成,场部位于敬亭山北麓,场下辖6个茶叶分场和1个青草湖农业分场。全场现有土地总面积约5万亩(1亩=1/15 hm~2,下同),其中茶园1.3万亩,年产绿茶4300余t。合并后的敬亭山茶场仍然是一个以茶叶生产为主业的农场,大多数职工经济收入还是来源于茶叶生产。在当前全省农垦积极发展现代农业,全
