近年来,随着国民经济的不断发展,我国建筑行业也取得了巨大的进步。在房建工程施工中,房建工程施工质量始终是需要引起重视的重点,是保障房建工程顺利完工的重要保障。如何提高工程质量,降低施工中存在的风险,有效进行房建工程施工管理与风险控制研究,是摆在房建工程施工单位面前的一项急需解决的难题。本文就房建工程施工管理与风险控制的现状进行分析,重点对其中存在的问题及解决方案进行阐述,以期为房建工程施工提供促进作用。
In recent years, with the continuous development of the national economy, China’s construction industry has made great strides. In the construction of the house construction, the construction quality of the house construction is always the key to be paid attention to, and it is the important guarantee to ensure the successful completion of the house construction project. How to improve the quality of the project, reduce the risk in construction, and effectively study the construction management and risk control of the house-building project is an urgent problem to be solved before the construction unit of the house-building project. This article analyzes the status quo of construction management and risk control of the construction projects, and focuses on the existent problems and solutions, with a view to providing a facilitating role for the construction of the construction projects.
