十二月九日下午,雷宇常务副市长主持召开会议,讨论组建广州电池工贸企业集团公司的有关问题。参加会议的有市体改委、经委、外经贸委、市轻工局、工商局、市电池工业公司、市轻出公司的负责同志。会议听取了市体改委关于组建电池工贸企业集团公司的工作汇报和关于组建广州市电池工贸企业集团公司的几点意见,会议就有关问题作出如下决定:一、关于组织体制问题。会议确定名称定为“广州市电池工贸企业集团公司”。由市电池工业公司和市轻出公司组成。广州市电池工贸企业集团公司的登记注册,由工商局办理。电池集团公司的编制规格为副局级,报市编委专题审批。行政管理归口市轻工业局领
On the afternoon of December 9, Deputy Mayor Lei Yu chaired a meeting to discuss issues related to the formation of the Guangzhou Battery Industry and Trade Corporation. Participating in the meeting were the responsible comrades of the Municipal Economic Reform Commission, the Economic Commission, the Foreign Economic and Trade Commission, the Municipal Light Industry Bureau, the Industry and Commerce Bureau, the City Battery Industry Company, and the City Light Out Company. The meeting listened to the work report of the Municipal Economic Reform Commission on the establishment of a battery, industrial and trade enterprise group company and several opinions on the formation of a Guangzhou battery industry and trade enterprise group company. The meeting made the following decisions on related issues: First, on organizational issues. The meeting was determined as the name of “Guangzhou Battery Industry and Trade Corporation”. It consists of City Battery Industrial Company and City Light Company. The registration of the Guangzhou Battery Industry and Trade Corporation is handled by the Industry and Commerce Bureau.
