武汉抗战期间募捐取得巨大成功并呈现出新的特点,成为中国抗战史上“武汉奇迹”的重要表现。从国家与社会关系变动的视角进行考察,“武汉奇迹”产生的原因在于:一方面,国民政府开放民众运动,给社会力量以前所未有的空间;另一方面,在民族矛盾的刺激下,国内民众空前团结,社会力量凸显,国家与社会之间形成良性互动。
Wuhan achieved great success in fundraising during the War of Resistance Against Japan and showed new characteristics and became an important manifestation of “Wuhan Miracle ” in the history of the war of resistance in China. From the perspective of the change of the relationship between state and society, the reason for the emergence of “Wuhan Miracle” lies in the fact that on the one hand, the national government opened up the popular movement and gave unprecedented space to social forces; on the other hand, under the stimulation of ethnic conflicts, The unprecedented unity of the people in the country has highlighted the social forces and formed a benign interaction between the state and the society.
