重视第三次工业革命提供的机遇在创建中国特色社会主义时,邓小平同志特别重视科学技术革命为我们提供的历史机遇,也特别重视科学技术革命对我们提出的挑战。从机遇的角度来讲,第三次工业革命为坚持和发展中国特色社会主义,提供了极其难得的机遇。由此可见,第三次工业革命对于中国特色社会主义的发展,不仅具有经济上的意义,也具有政治上的意义,在经济和政治上为中国特色社会主义的发展提供了难得的机遇。这次新工业革命和以往的蒸汽机革命、电动机革命确实不一样,个体的作用很大,但这一革命形成的生产依然是社会化生产,只不过这种社会化生产是以更强调数字化信息化过程中人的个体作用为基础的,是充分展示个性化特点的社会化。
