作者报告1例α-FP 异常增高的原发性肺小细胞未分化癌,尸检发现肺组织抗α-FP 血清特异性荧光抗体轻阳性,而肝组织正常。患者为一老年男性,62岁,自81年5月起干咳伴全身乏力,胸部X 线发现右上肺异常阴影。给予抗生素,但症状加剧。82年3月入院检查发现右肺前上部呼吸音减弱,颈淋巴结及全身浅表淋巴结未触及,红血球,血红蛋白均增高,血沉31mm,CRP(+)。总
The authors reported 1 case of primary lung small cell undifferentiated carcinoma with abnormally increased α-FP. Autopsy revealed mild anti-α-FP serum-specific fluorescent antibody in lung tissue and normal liver tissue. The patient was an elderly man, 62 years old. He had cough with generalized malaise since May 81, and the chest X-ray found abnormal shadows in the right upper lung. Give antibiotics but the symptoms worsen. Admission examination in March of the year 82 showed that the breath sounds in the upper part of the right lung were weakened, the lymph nodes in the neck and the superficial lymph nodes in the body were not touched, and the red blood cells and hemoglobin were all increased, and the blood sedimentation rate was 31 mm.
