分层教学其实就是根据班里学生的实际学习情况进行分类教学,学习情况主要有学生的学习能力和学习成绩以及对知识的掌握程度等等。教师应该根据不同层次学生的特点进行分层教学,为他们制定不同层次的教学目标,这样大部分的学生就可以根据自己的实际情况完成的学习目标了。关注学生的发展差异,拓展学生的发展空间,是教师实施分层教学的指导思想。在高中数学教学活动中,实施分层教学主要是为了促进学生的发展,以学生间存在的差异为基础,将学生划分为不同的层次,并为其制定不同的教学目标,当然,教学效果也要分层对待。
