Capital market is an important part of modern market economy. With the developed capital market, it has become a well-known fact to build a large enterprise group with international competitiveness. The track of the development of well-known multinational corporations shows that capital markets play an irreplaceable role in the leapfrog development of modern enterprises. In our country, no matter to promote the reform of state-owned enterprises or to develop and expand the private economy, we must establish a strong and perfect securities market.
