在克里沃罗格中央采选联合公司矿厂的11号系統,采用了磨矿机組的給矿、磨矿机給水量、以及分級机溢流矿浆浓度的自动調节系統。自动化对象,自动检测和自动調节仪器的工艺流程如图1所示。第一段球磨机与分級机成閉路工作,而第二段与水力旋流器成閉路工作。磨矿机噪音頻率的声音信号能很可靠地反映磨矿机內发生的整个过程。已被确定,第一段磨矿机是在較大負荷下工作,而且决定着整个系統的負荷,因此应控制第一段磨矿机的負荷。
