我国以燃煤发电为主,节能减排迫在眉睫。目前我国一些地区试行的节能调度,基本只以供电煤耗来评价燃煤发电的节能效果,但供电煤耗并不能全面反映燃煤电厂的节能减排效果。综合考虑煤耗、污染排放量、水资源消耗量等指标,建立燃煤发电节能减排的一种综合评价体系,利用因子分析方法,得到燃煤发电节能减排综合评价指数,对5个电厂进行了节能减排综合评价。计算结果表明,该指数能够反映燃煤发电的节能减排水平。
Our country is mainly coal-fired power generation, energy conservation is imminent. At present, energy-saving dispatching in pilot areas in some areas of our country basically evaluates the energy-saving effect of coal-fired power generation only by the coal consumption of power supply. However, the coal consumption of power supply does not fully reflect the effect of energy-saving and emission reduction of coal-fired power plants. Taking coal consumption, pollution discharge and water consumption into consideration, a comprehensive evaluation system of energy saving and emission reduction for coal-fired power generation was established. By means of factor analysis, the comprehensive evaluation index of energy saving and emission reduction for coal-fired power generation was obtained and five power plants Comprehensive evaluation of energy-saving emission reduction. The calculation results show that the index can reflect the level of energy conservation and emission reduction of coal-fired power generation.
