一九八六年五月中旬,松辽委在辽宁省北镇召开了李屯、李家河、大四等三个水土保持试点小流域验收总结会议。这三个小流域到一九八五年末试点结束。五年间,三个小流域共治理面积5.26万垧,占试点阶段应治理面积的69%,连同试点前的治理,全流域治理程度达79.3%,满足了试点验收的一个主要要求。试点期间共完成土石方107.1万立米,投劳52.31万工日,投资167.3万元,其中国家补助51.09万元,国补投资每亩合9.71元。集中治理收到了初步的也是十分明显的效
