目的 制定卫生标准。方法 调查 2 5 6家使用正己烷企业 ;对 4家重点企业个体接触浓度测定和 179名接触者体检 ;分析 14 0例中毒资料。结果 中毒接触浓度在 180mg/m3以上的样品占 93 0 2 % ;个体接触平均浓度 >10 0mg/m3的高浓度组有 2人肌电图轻微周围神经损害 ,<10 0mg/m3的低浓度组未发现对健康不良影响。结论 建议车间空气正己烷最大容许浓度 (MAC)为 180mg/m3,时间加权平均值 (TWA)为 10 0mg/m3。
Purpose To develop health standards. Methods A total of 256 enterprises using n-hexane were investigated. Individual exposure concentrations of four key enterprises and 179 contacts were examined. Forty poisoning data were analyzed. Results The samples with poisoning exposure above 180mg / m3 accounted for 93.0%; the high concentration group with individual exposure> 100mg / m3 had 2 cases of EMG slight peripheral nerve damage, <10mg / m3 low concentration group No adverse health effects were found. Conclusions It is recommended that the maximum allowable concentration of n-hexane (180 mg / m3) and the time-weighted average (TWA) of 10 000 mg / m3 for workshop air.
