在几轮房地产调控和经济形势趋紧的背景下,北京核心区域的写字楼租金仍在逆市上扬。尽管CBD接连上演大企业搬离,但仍有很多企业试图挤进来七月底,国际房地产顾问“五大行”之一的戴德梁行发布的调查报告显示:今年二季度,北京写字楼租金环比增长3.96%,达到每月每平米288.55元。经过一年的疯狂飙升后,写字楼租金增速首次放缓。但此价格已经远超首尔、吉隆坡等城市,接近上海。包括国际巨头在内的众多租户正在筹划,搬离核心区域。
